Caesarstone Bathroom Remodeling: The Fort Worth Owner’s Guide
Caesarstone bathroom remodeling in Fort Worth typically runs $9,000 to $28,000 installed, depending on the square footage of quartz surface, the condition of your existing vanity and shower structure, and whether we’re replacing the substrate or working over it. We keep the standard Caesarstone thicknesses on hand and can template, cut, and install most bathroom jobs in five to seven working days once material is confirmed. Most Fort Worth homeowners call us because a Caesarstone surface has cracked at a sink cutout, separated at a seam, or the vanity cabinet beneath it has failed and taken the stone out of level with it. The stone itself rarely fails first. What usually goes first is what’s under it, or what was done wrong the first time around. Curtis Lane has seen enough half-installed Caesarstone vanities across Fort Worth to know the difference in the first five minutes on site.
Which Caesarstone Models This Applies To
We work with the full Caesarstone line: the Classic and Supernatural series, the Outdoor collection, and the Mineral and Whitelight surfaces that make up most current bathroom vanities and shower surrounds. Caesarstone runs either 13 mm or 20 mm thick, and Fort Worth homes built in the last ten years trend toward the 20 mm thickness for unsupported spans, which matters when you’re replacing a failed vanity top and want to skip an MDF subtop. The compatibility gotcha you need to know: if your Caesarstone top was cut for a top-mount sink, you can’t drop a new under-mount into the same slab without re-cutting, and a lot of handymen will tell you they can do it with a router in the field. They can’t, not cleanly. We template in our shop from the actual slab we’re installing, so the cut matches the stone, not a drawing of the stone. For OEM versus aftermarket, the slab itself is the OEM product; what we’re replacing around it is the labor and the supporting materials: wet-set mortar beds, seam adhesives, edge profiles. Aftermarket seam epoxy is fine when the two sides are still at the same height. When they’ve moved, no epoxy in the world saves that seam, and we won’t pretend otherwise.

Signs Your Caesarstone Bathroom Remodeling Is Failing
- A hairline crack running from the sink cutout toward the front edge. The most common cause is a sink clamped too tight against the stone, or a subtop that swelled. Quartz doesn’t flex. Once the crack starts, water gets under it, and it grows.
- A seam that used to be flush but now catches your fingernail. The two slabs have moved independently. That means the base below them shifted, usually a cabinet that’s no longer level or a wall that settled. In Fort Worth’s clay soil, this shows up more than people expect.
- Dark staining at the edge of a shower panel seam. Water is sitting in a failed or poorly installed joint. Caesarstone itself doesn’t stain easily, but a seam full of water against a sweaty Texas shower wall grows mildew fast.
- A vanity top that slopes or wobbles when you press on a corner. The cabinet frame has twisted or the shims have compressed. Any new stone set on that surface will crack within the year.
- Chipping along a square edge where the stone meets a drawer or cabinet face. That’s an edge profile that was cut and left without a proper overhang or a bottom aris. It’s a fabrication detail, not a material defect, and it can be corrected.

AfterReplacement Cost & What’s Included
A full Caesarstone bathroom remodel in Fort Worth lands between $9,000 and $28,000, and here’s how that splits. A single 60-inch vanity with a new 20 mm Caesarstone top, under-mount sink, faucet, and a leveled cabinet base runs about $9,000 to $14,000. A full primary bath with a Caesarstone shower surround, bench, curb, and vanity surface runs $18,000 to $28,000 depending on wall prep, glass, and plumbing rough-in work. Small powder rooms with a modest 31-inch top can come in closer to $5,000 if the structure underneath is sound. What’s included in every number we give: the slab, templating, fabrication, tear-out of the failed surface, substrate repair, plumbing re-set, sealant, and haul-away. What’s not included in our number until we see the job: the surprise you were told doesn’t exist. We put every scope in writing before we cut. The written price is the price, and the 365-Day Done Right Promise means if the work fails inside a year, we come back and fix it at no charge. That’s the Garrison Standard, and Curtis doesn’t sign off on a job unless he’d put his own name on the punch list.
DIY or Call Us?
What you can safely do yourself: identify whether the cabinet is level with a six-foot level, photograph the crack and the seam from two angles, and check under the sink for water damage on the subtop. That’s useful, and we’ll take your measurements over the phone at (682) 204-4897. What you shouldn’t do yourself: attempt to grind, polish, or glue a cracked Caesarstone slab. Quartz is engineered with resin; too much heat from a grinder and you’ll burn the stone permanently. Moving a full Caesarstone vanity top without a second person is how edges get chipped and backs get thrown out. And if the cabinet below has failed, no repair to the stone matters until the base is rebuilt. That’s the part most people skip, and it’s why they’re redoing the job a second time. Call us before you buy a new slab. The estimate is free, and you’ll talk to a real person.
FAQs

Caesarstone quartz will last 25 years or longer in a properly built bathroom. The stone itself doesn’t degrade from moisture. What shortens the lifespan in Fort Worth is soil movement under the slab, which shifts cabinets and walls, and poor installs where the stone carries load it was never cut to carry.
Small surface cracks can sometimes be filled with color-matched resin if the slab is stable underneath. Deep cracks that have separated, or cracks that run through a sink cutout, need a new slab. We’ll tell you which one you have after a site visit, not over the phone.
Most Fort Worth bathroom remodels with Caesarstone run five to seven working days from tear-out to final walkthrough, assuming the slab is in stock. If we’re ordering a specific Supernatural color, add three to five days for material arrival. You’ll have a schedule in writing before we start.
We keep the common 20 mm Caesarstone colors ready to template within the week, and we can order any color in their current line through our material suppliers. We also work with Cambria and Silestone, plus KraftMaid cabinetry for the structures under the stone. Call (682) 204-4897 and we’ll check stock on your exact color while you’re on the line.
