Meet the Fort Worth Team Behind Bradford Remodeling Co Fort Worth
We’re a local crew of seven, based right here in Fort Worth, and we’ve been building and remodeling homes across Tarrant County long enough to know which walls hold what. Every person on this team, from the lead carpenter to the apprentice, works under one name: Bradford Remodeling Co Fort Worth. What unites us isn’t a corporate handbook. It’s The Garrison Standard, the framework we’ve operated under since joining the Garrison Partners family in 2004. Each location is independently owned and operated, which means Curtis Lane calls the shots here, not someone in another state. The result is a crew that shows up on time, writes down the price before swinging a hammer, and stands behind the work for a full year after the last coat of paint dries.

Our People

Curtis Lane, Owner and General Contractor
Curtis has worked residential construction in Fort Worth since before the Garrison Partners name ever appeared on a job sign. He’s the guy who walks your property first, measures twice, and tells you straight whether that load-bearing wall can move or whether you’re better off redesigning around it. Curtis holds a Texas general contractor credential and has managed full-home remodels in neighborhoods from Ridglea Hills to Fairmount to Park Glen. He’s particular about documentation: every project gets a written scope, a written price, and a signed 365-Day Done Right Promise before the first day of demo. When he’s not on a job site, you’ll find him at the Fort Worth Stock Show every January. Ask him about the year he judged the junior heifer show. He’ll pretend he doesn’t want to talk about it, and then he’ll talk about it.
Marco V., Lead Carpenter
Marco has been framing and finishing kitchens for 14 years, the last six of them with Bradford Remodeling Co Fort Worth. He’s the one who builds the cabinet boxes square, sets the countertop substrate level, and makes sure the crown molding returns clean at every corner. Marco completed his formal carpentry apprenticeship through a Tarrant County trade program and keeps his manufacturer certifications current for KraftMaid cabinetry installation. If your kitchen remodel involves shimming floors that settled over time, Marco’s seen worse. He’s the crew’s go-to for Spanish-language walkthroughs with homeowners who want the details explained in their first language. He also bakes, and the team has a standing rule that Marco brings conchas to any job that runs past day three.
Dana R., Remodeling Coordinator
Dana is the voice you’ll hear when you call (682) 204-4897, and she’s been answering that line for Bradford since 2019. She schedules every estimate, tracks material orders from the moment the written price is accepted, and keeps the permit paperwork moving through the City of Fort Worth’s system so inspections don’t bottleneck the job. Dana knows the Garrison Partners brand roster cold: she can tell you the lead time on a Wellborn cabinet order versus a KraftMaid line, and she’ll flag it in the schedule before it becomes your problem. She grew up in Benbrook and can recommend a taco spot within two miles of any job site we work. The crew will tell you Dana runs the company. Curtis will tell you the same thing.
Jalen T., Finish Specialist and Apprentice
Jalen joined Bradford two years ago as an apprentice and earned his place as the finish specialist on kitchen and bath remodels faster than anyone expected. He handles the detail work: caulk lines that never look wavy, tile spacing that stays consistent, paint cut-in on newly installed trim. Jalen is working toward his own general contractor credential, and Curtis has him rotating through framing, electrical rough-in observation, and project closeout so he learns the whole job, not just the pretty part. He’s a TCU grad with a degree in construction management, which means he can read a plan set and actually explain what it says to a homeowner without the jargon. When the job is done, Jalen is the one who walks the site with you to make sure everything matches the documented scope. If it doesn’t, it isn’t finished.
One Standard, Every Job
Bradford Remodeling Co Fort Worth isn’t a franchise where each location figures things out as they go. Since 2004, every Garrison Partners location, including this one, has operated under The Garrison Standard and The Garrison Code. Those are the frameworks behind how we hire, how we price, and how we close out a job. Background-checked, uniformed technicians show up to every project because the Standard says identity and conduct are set at the partnership level, not left to individual job sites. A written price before work starts is non-negotiable for the same reason. At job close, “squared away” means a clean site, a documented scope that matches the finished work, and a signed 365-Day Done Right Promise in your hand. If something fails inside that year, Bradford comes back and corrects it at no charge. That’s the promise, and it’s written down every single time.
